On January 18, 2023, Google Stadia servers will be shut down and Destiny 2 will no longer be available to play on the platform.
Save Your Characters - Activate Cross Save
Destiny 2 players whose main characters are from Stadia should set up Cross Save with another platform and select their Stadia characters as their active Guardians so they do not lose access to them.
Failure to set up Cross Save before January 18, 2023, will result in players losing access to their characters, items, emblems, Bungie.net account, and Eververse purchases, such as access to Season Passes.

Consequences of Deactivating Cross Save
After January 18, 2023, players with Google Stadia as their primary account SHOULD NOT deactivate Cross Save for ANY REASON. Doing so will result in players completely losing access to their characters.
