Verification Issues and Troubleshooting

If you are not receiving a verification e-mail, it is recommended to check all e-mail folders, including all spam options, for your Bungie.net verification e-mail.

If your verification e-mail is still missing, you can request another verification e-mail. Please note that you can only make this request once every 24 hours.

If you’ve requested another e-mail and it does not show up in your e-mail folders, it’s recommended to try switching your Bungie.net profile to a second e-mail account and re-verifying. If possible, it is recommended to try another e-mail account from a different e-mail host; player reports indicate they have successfully received verification emails with Gmail accounts.

If issues persist, please follow our Troubleshooting Marketing Email Issues guide.
