Product Support: Replacing a Destiny 2 Disc, Limited Edition, or Collector's Edition Item

If a player encounters issues with a physical Destiny 2 Product, below are the recommended steps they need to take:
Disc Replacement:
If a player has received a defective or damaged disc, it's recommended to contact their retailer.
Limited Edition:
If a player has received a defective or damaged Limited Edition item, it's recommended to contact their retailer.
Collectors Edition:
If a player has received a defective or damaged Collectors Edition item, it's recommended to contact their retailer.
Players must have proof of purchase in order to receive support for their physical product. All terms and conditions may be found when proceeding through replacement forms.
