Playing Destiny on a College/University Campus Network

If you are experiencing issues playing Destiny on your college/university campus's network, you may need to perform the following troubleshooting steps:
    1. Visit our Network Troubleshooting Guide to verify that no other connection issues are preventing you from playing.
    2. Contact your campus IT department to determine if they have any additional troubleshooting steps.
      • An open ticket number provided by your campus IT department is required for outreach from Destiny Player Support.
    3. If you are using WiFi to connect your console to the internet, switch to a wired connection.
      • Many campus networks have more strict policies for their WiFi networks compared to wired.
