Contact Form: Missing Destiny 2 Contest and Purchased Emblems

Destiny 2 emblems can be earned either in-game or through external sources. Players who have earned through a contest, donated, or purchased Destiny 2 emblems but haven't yet received them after 30 days from when they were earned can send a ticket in for an investigation. For information on what should be included in the ticket, please see below.

Bungie Bounty


Prize: Sign of Mutual Respect, Aurora Clash, Vanquisher's Standard

Include a URL to the game's post-game carnage report (PGCR), date and time, and who the bounty you played with or against was.

Movie of the Week


Prize: Lens of Fate, Anamnesis, Photologician, And... Action!

Please include a URL to the "This Week at Bungie" that featured your video and the name of your submission.
Links to the profiles of the video creator and featured players MUST be in the video description.

Outstanding Artists


Prize: Artist in Residence, Aspect of Luminance, Chromatic Intention, Outside the Lines

Include a URL to the winning screenshot featured from an official Bungie social feed or in a "This Week at Bungie" blog post.

Fashion Show


Prize: The Levante Prize, Dazzling Visage

Include a URL to the winning screenshot featured from an official Bungie social feed or in a "This Week at Bungie" blog post.

Please contact Bungie Store Customer Service with your name, email address, and order number.

Bungie Foundation or Charity Drive (Streams, Donations, etc.)


Please include your full name, email address, order number, date and time of donation, and payment method.

    • Players should check their Spam/Junk email folder for any emails including a code.
    • 30 days must pass before an investigation will begin.
    • Please check your Collections>Flair>General section for the emblem before sending in a ticket.
    • If submitting a ticket, confirm that all information is accurate, answered and that 30 days have passed. Failure to do so may result in the automatic closure of the ticket.
    • Submitting false claims may result in an in-game ban and other consequences.
