Players with an active Prime Gaming membership can now earn in-game Exotic Gear Drops in Destiny 2.Each drop will contain four rewards, including Exotic weapons, Ghosts, ships, Sparrows, and weapon ornaments from previous Seasons.

To begin receiving Exotic Gear Drops, you will need each of the following: Destiny 2 Account Bungie.net Account Amazon Prime Account Once these accounts have been created, you will need to:

If a wrong account has been linked during any of the previous steps, you will need to unlink each link and then relink with the correct account.
Claiming Rewards
Once you have signed up for Prime Gaming and have connected your accounts, you can claim your Destiny 2 Exotic Gear Drops every month on the Destiny 2 Prime Gaming website. After claiming your drop, log into Destiny 2 and visit the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower where you will be able to claim your rewards.
You will have until 10 AM Pacific on the last day of the drop to claim the rewards on Destiny 2 Prime Gaming website.

PLEASE NOTE!
- A reward can only be claimed once.
- If you claim a reward on a wrong account, you will be unable to reclaim that reward regardless if you unlink the wrong account and link the correct account.
- Additionally, if you use Amazon Prime Household Sharing, only ONE person will be able to claim a reward.

Troubleshooting
- I received an error that my Amazon Prime account has already claimed this content.What do I do?
- Once you link a Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and claim content, you can no longer claim the content on another Bungie.net account.
- If you accidentally linked the wrong Bungie.net account to your Amazon Prime account and you haven't yet claimed the Destiny 2 offer, follow these steps:
- Make sure you've logged out of the wrong Bungie.net account.
- Follow this re-link URL to update your account link.
NOTE:If you already claimed the offer, you won't be able to reclaim it.
- If you claim your rewards via the Destiny 2 Prime Gaming website but do not see them with the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower, please visit your Bungie.net rewards history page to verify that they were applied to your account.If you do not see your rewards listed, visit the Destiny 2 Prime Gaming website to retry.

- If you claim your rewards via the Destiny 2 Prime Gaming website but do not see them with the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower:
- The rewards may have expired (rewards have a one-year expiration date)
- You claimed them but then attached a new platform account to play Destiny 2 on.Prime Gaming rewards only appear on the Destiny accounts that were linked on the Bungie.net profile at the time that a reward was claimed.If you added a new platform or are using new characters after you claimed the rewards, they will not appear in the Special Deliveries terminal.
- On the "Sign In" page on each website, you should click the "Forgot my email/password" button, or contact that website's customer service support.
