- Exit Destiny and shut down your console.
- Once your console is fully shut down, unplug the power supply from the console for at least 5 minutes.
- Plug in and turn on your gaming console and launch Destiny.
- Attempt to reconnect and play Destiny.

Additional Troubleshooting
If the above troubleshooting steps have not resolved your issue, in rare cases NIGHTINGALE can be caused by a network issue with DNS or firewall. Try disabling any third-party DNS services you are using. You may also be able to clear this error by running "ipconfig /flushdns" from a command prompt.
If you have exhausted all troubleshooting resources, please delete and then re-install Destiny 2 on your device. If re-installation does not improve your experience, it may be due to damaged or malfunctioning hardware and you may want to check to see if other games work properly.
Players should also consider posting on their platform's section on the Bungie Help Forums. Players will be able to engage with the community and potentially troubleshoot this issue or any other Destiny 2 related issues with other players in the community that may have experienced a similar issue.
