1. Exit Destiny and shut down your console. |
2. Once your console is fully shut down, unplug the power supply from the console for at least 5 minutes. |
3. Plug in and turn on your gaming console and launch Destiny. |
4. Attempt to reconnect and play Destiny. |

If you are seeing this error message after exhausting all troubleshooting resources, please delete and then re-install Destiny 2 on your PC.
