Destiny 2 Digital Code FAQ

Below are troubleshooting steps for players having issues with their Destiny 2 digital code.

Q: I received my voucher code but it doesn't work!

A: To redeem your voucher, please use the following instructions:

    1. Open a PlayStation Network (PSN) account, or use your existing PSN ID.
    2. Select the PlayStation Store icon on the PS4 system home screen.
    3. On the PlayStation Store, select "Redeem Codes" at the bottom of the menu.
    4. Enter the code.
    5. Once the code has been entered correctly, select "Continue" on the dialog box.
    6. Select "Confirm" to accept the Trial Code Terms of Use.
    7. Select "Continue" to complete code redemption.
PS4 Voucher Code Redemption Troubleshooting
    1. Sign in to your Xbox One (make sure you're signed in with the Microsoft account you want to redeem the code with).
    2. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then select "Home."
    3. Scroll right and choose the "Store" tab.
    4. Choose "Use a code."
    5. Enter the 25-character code, then follow the prompts. Don't worry about hyphens, the system takes care of those for you.

    1. Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
    2. In the lower left-hand corner, click "Add a Game." 
    3. Choose "Activate a Product on Steam..."
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Epic Games Store
    1. Open the Epic Games Launcher.
    2. Log in to your Epic Games account.
    3. Click your name in the upper right corner.
    4. Click Redeem Code.
    5. Enter the code, and then click Redeem.
      Note: You should receive a message that the code was successfully redeemed.
    6. Click Back to Home to return to the launcher home page.
