Destiny 2 Known Issues and Vital Information

General

• Players may be unable to claim vendor track rewards from lower ranks once they have reached max rank and are ready to reset.
  • Ensure that you are claiming all available rewards from the rewards track as you are earning them.
• The Vault cannot be filtered by the newly introduced armor set bonuses.
• Previewing some Festival of the Lost masks in Collections will bring up the incorrect visuals.
• The Iris Pulsator shell is not available in Collections.
• The Kill-Tracker Ghost shell is not counting PvP kills.
• The icon for Xûr in The Tower can appear active and flashing even when he is not present.

Pantheon

Distortions

• The Ether Servitor in the Ether Resupply Event can go fully immune by damaging it too quickly.

Sparrow Racing League

• Characters that are able to launch into SRL prior to earning their first sparrow will get caught in a death loop and be unable to participate in the activity.
  • Players are advised to not launch into SRL on characters that have not unlocked a sparrow yet.

Renegades

• In the Imperium mission of the Renegades campaign, the jammer in the trash compactor cannot be destroyed with Anti-Barrier weapons.
  • Players should ensure that they have non-Anti-Barrier weapons equipped in order to progress.
• We've identified an issue where Renegades campaign activities and Lawless Frontier Jobs default to Normal difficulty. Players can set the difficulty to Expert when launching into these activities if they would like to earn greater rewards. Completing Jobs on either difficulty will not impact Legendary campaign completion triumphs.
• Some optional objective panels in Lawless Frontier activities cannot be damaged by anti-barrier weapons.
  • Players should attempt to use other damage types not from anti-barrier weapons to complete these optional objectives.
• Entering the exit Hawk backwards in Lawless Frontier activities prevents use of gunner turret.

Abilities

• The On Your Mark aspect description incorrectly states that it applies Cure.
  • Final blows while at ten stacks apply Restoration.
• Using a Finisher while Spectral Blades is active will cancel the super and drain remaining Super energy.
• The Hunter Prismatic grenade will dislodge from an enemy if it is subsequently hit with an Area Denial frame grenade launcher.
• Enhanced Radar Tuner's increased detection radius breaks while invisible

Weapons and Perks 

• The grenade created by the Forerunner catalyst does not grant a Gunpowder Gamble charge while on Prismatic.
• Acquiring weapons for the first time as their holofoil variants will not unlock the associated Collections entry.
• Acquiring some Exotic weapon catalysts is not unlocking the associated Collections entry.
• Overpenetration from weapon perks can function inconsistently.
• The empowered shots from the Turncoat exotic do not deal damage to all environmental destructibles. 
• The Chaos Reshaped perk may slow down health and shield regeneration.
• Increasing the Clip Size of Fusion Rifles and Rocket Sidearms can result in less total ammo.
• The Controlled Burst perk does not function on Fusion Rifles with a Charge Time masterwork.
• Some weapons can occasionally drop with duplicate perks in both columns.
• Additional weapon damage can remove the visual effect for the debuff applied by the Fafnir Exotic,
• The Swarm machine gun has a blue overlay on its sight that makes it difficult to see through.
• Players attempting to equip saved loadouts with older versions of weapons that have since been upgraded may see "Contains items with invalid mods" errors.
• The Tractor Cannon Exotic does not fire through a Sentinel Titan's Banner Shield.
• The quick preview for Heirloom does not display the catalyst name.
• Lumina's Blessing of the Sky buff overrides the Radiant buff for Hunters using Golden Gun, causing Golden Gun to not receive bonus damage.
• Glaive or melee kills may increment kill trackers for other weapons.

• Players are reporting occasional audio dropouts in PvP activities.
• The Eternal title doesn't count towards an account's total titles.
• The Champ title has lost it's gilded status.
• Luminescent Seeds cannot be dismantled in Inventory.
• Previewing some Festival of the Lost masks in Collections will bring up the incorrect visuals.

Activities and Portal 

Abilities 

• The Hunter Prismatic grenade will dislodge from an enemy if it is subsequently hit with an Area Denial frame grenade launcher.
• Quickly shattering an Overload champion shortly after a previous stun ends may not suppress its health regeneration.
• The Roaring Flames Titan aspect is not activating on ignitions caused by weapons.

Weapons and Perks 

• Adrenaline Junkie is not activating by kills from Hellion.
• The Desert Perpetual vendor is checking for space in the kinetic slot inventory instead of the energy slot when players attempt to purchase the Epic Raid version of Cusp Sempiternal.
• Players who earn the Epic Raid version of Cusp Sempiternal are unable to purchase higher-tier versions from the raid vendor.
• Heavy Crossbows are not piercing non-champion immunity shields with Anti-Barrier bow eqiuipped.
• Glaive or melee kills may increment kill trackers for other weapons.
• The Desert Burnish exotic ornament for New Malpais has a placeholder icon.
